Digital Marketing Manager
Kapsys GmbH is an innovative European software solutions provider that develops cybersecurity products, insurance and education solutions.
We are looking for our first Digital Marketing Manager. As a senior-level marketing professional, you must be both analytical and creative, and possess extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as production, information technology, legal and finance.
You will be responsible for building the structure from scratch for multiple Brands that currently do not have a marketing department. Also we expect you will create a Marketing team of 1-3 specialists, set the Standards and maintain the quality of options.
-2+ years of verified international experience in the position of Marketing Manager within an IT company/Digital agency is a must;
-Upper-Intermediate English (both spoken and written);
-A high level of understanding of Software as a Service;
-A deep understanding of online marketing tools (skills in email marketing, content marketing, video marketing and building a sales funnel
-Excellent communication and networking skills;
-Creative marketing mind and ability to generate marketing ideas on its own;
-Advanced in MS Office, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads;
-Develop and implement digital marketing strategy using SEO, email, SMM, PPC campaigns for multiple Software Agency/SaaS and online brands;
-Create brand Identity;
-Plan and manage marketing budgets;
-Search, test and analyze new advertising channels, track and increase traction;
-Structure Blog Posts and Topics that could help generate Users and Revenue;
-Compose newsletters via Active-campaign;
-Create SMM strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages;
social media community management (comments, replies)
-PPC digital marketing strategy (social ads, remarketing)
build content (posts, infographics, customer success stories)
email marketing within Mailchimp (onboarding, newsletters, special campaigns)
plan the content and release schedules
-Build up and lead a marketing department (1-3 specialists).
Will be a plus:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar areas;
