We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager.
Interview stages:
1st stage Technical test task
2nd stage Video interview with HR Manager and Project Manager
3rd stage Final video interview with CEO
Required skills:
1+ years of experience in ІТ Project Management
Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
Understanding of software development life cycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Organizational skills, ability to organize people and processes
Ability to manage competing priorities
Your Responsibilities:
Full-scale project management of multiple teams with a focus on delivery
Take the lead in managing, supervising and mentoring the teams and the product development processes
Define the project scope and convert business needs into technical requirements
Establish and maintain productive communications with clients
Ensure delivery transparency for key stakeholders
Keep track of project status and provide progress reports, ensuring project deadlines are met
Analyze project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Will be a plus:
CSM or PMP certification
German language
