You'll be working inside our team to develop our Salesforce SaaS Backup Solution and migrate customers to Salesforce Sales cloud/ Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Our Customers are high-end top-notch companies from Germany, Switzerland, Austria with thousands of Employees.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Project Manager (Salesforce & WordPress projects)
Interview stages:
1-st stage - Video interview with HR Manager
2-nd stage - Video interview with our Project Manager
3-rd stage - Final video interview with CEO
2+ years of experience in ІТ Project Management
Understanding of software development approaches using Agile & Scrum
Upper-Intermediate level of English with outstanding professional oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills, ability to organize people and processes
Ability to manage competing priorities
Full-scale project management of multiple teams with a focus on delivery
Take the lead in managing, supervising and mentoring the teams and the product development processes
Define the project scope and convert business needs into technical requirements
Establish and maintain productive communications with clients
Ensure delivery transparency for key stakeholders
Keep track of project status and provide progress reports, ensuring project deadlines are met
Analyze project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
CSM or PMP certification
Salesforce projects experience
German language
